01 WHAT THESE TERMS COVER
These are the terms for using NEEDMOREPROD (NMP). They apply whether you're a client looking for a creative or a creative joining our roster. By using our website, filling in a form, or working with us, you agree to them. Read the shared sections plus the part that applies to you — client or creative.
02 WHAT NMP IS
NMP is a matchmaker for creative work. We find, vet, and hand-pick creatives, match them to clients, and introduce the two of you directly. After that, we step back. We're not an agency, we don't manage or art-direct your project, and we're not a party to the work, the contract, or the payment between you and the person we introduce you to.
03 THE £25 MATCHING FEE
There's a one-off £25 matching fee on your first project with NMP. It covers the vetting and matching work we do to find you the right creative. It's charged once per client, not per project — come back for future projects and there's no fee.
04 £25 REFUNDS
When you pay the £25, you're asking us to start matching you straight away. You can get it back at any time before we make a working introduction — that introduction is the point our matching service is complete. Once we've introduced you to a creative who's available and ready to work, the £25 is non-refundable, because the service you paid for has been delivered. By paying, you agree to us starting right away and accept that the fee becomes non-refundable at the point of a working introduction. If a creative we introduce turns out not to be available, we'll either match you with someone else or refund the £25 — your choice.
05 PAYING FOR THE WORK
Beyond the £25, you pay your creative directly for the work itself — both the deposit and the balance. NMP doesn't handle that money and doesn't take any cut from you. What you pay for the work goes to your creative.
06 DEPOSITS AND CANCELLATIONS
Each creative sets their own cancellation terms and will tell you what they are before you pay any deposit. As a standard default, NMP treats a deposit as non-refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of a shoot; cancellations earlier than that are at the creative's discretion. If the creative cancels on you, you get a full refund of anything you've paid them, and we'll re-match you with someone else.
07 ONCE YOU'RE INTRODUCED
After we introduce you, the working relationship is directly between you and the creative. Clients we introduce stay NEEDMOREPROD clients — if you'd like to work with that creative again, or need someone new, come back to us.
08 JOINING THE ROSTER
You apply to join, we vet you personally, and where we think you're the right fit we introduce you to clients. Being on the roster doesn't guarantee work.
09 RESPONDING TO INTRODUCTIONS
When we send you a client, reply to us within 24 hours — even if it's to say it's not for you. Quick responses keep clients confident and keep you front of mind for future matches.
10 COMMISSION
NMP charges 10% commission on all work that comes to you through us. We invoice you after you've been paid in full, and you pay it by bank transfer. Because we're not in the payment flow, you let us know the agreed fee for each job so we can invoice the right amount.
11 ANTI-CIRCUMVENTION
Any client we introduce you to stays a NEEDMOREPROD client permanently. The 10% applies to all future work you do with that client, with no expiry. Taking an introduced client off-platform to avoid commission is a breach of these terms and can mean removal from the roster.
12 HANDLING PROJECT MONEY
You collect all the client's money directly — deposit and balance. For shoots, the standard structure is 50% deposit before the shoot and the remaining 50% once the shoot has been shot (not after editing or final delivery). Set your own cancellation terms and state them clearly to the client before you take any deposit.
13 COMMISSION IF A JOB IS CANCELLED
If a job is cancelled, the 10% applies to whatever you actually keep — including a non-refundable deposit you hold on to. If a job is fully refunded and you keep nothing, there's no commission.
14 SHOWING YOUR WORK
By joining, you allow NMP to show samples of your work to potential clients when matching — anonymously, without revealing your identity, until an introduction is made.
15 WHAT NMP IS AND ISN'T RESPONSIBLE FOR
NMP makes the introduction. The agreement, the work, the payment, the delivery, and anything that goes wrong are between the client and the creative. We're not a party to your project and we don't take responsibility for the quality, timing, or outcome of the work, or for either party's conduct. To the extent the law allows, NMP isn't liable for any loss arising from a project or a match beyond the £25 matching fee where it applies.
16 YOUR DATA AND PRIVACY
When you fill in a form we collect the details you give us — your name, contact details, and information about your project or your work — so we can match you and stay in touch. We keep it securely and only use it to run the service. We handle personal data in line with UK GDPR. You can ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, at any time.
17 UPDATES, LAW AND CONTACT
